House Rules & Cancellation Policy


We kindly ask you to observe the following house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests. Please also review our cancellation policy below.





1. Check-in / Check-out


  • Check-in: from 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: until 11:00 AM
  • Deviations are only possible by prior arrangement.




2. Smoking


  • Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments.
  • Please use designated outdoor areas only.
  • In case of violation, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.




3. Quiet Hours


  • Legal quiet hours must be observed: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
  • Please be considerate of other residents.




4. Pets


  • Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement.




5. Guests & Events


  • The number of guests must not exceed the number stated in the booking.
  • Parties and events are not permitted.




6. Cleanliness & Order


  • Please treat the apartment, furnishings, and inventory with care.
  • The apartment must be left in a tidy condition upon departure.
  • Waste must be properly separated and disposed of.




7. Damages


  • Any damages must be reported to the host immediately.
  • Guests are liable for any damage they cause.




8. Parking


  • The provided parking space is exclusively for apartment guests.
  • Parking of other vehicles is not permitted.




9. Keys & Security


  • Please ensure that windows and doors are closed when leaving the apartment.
  • In case of key loss, we reserve the right to charge replacement costs.




Cancellation Policy



Flexible Cancellation


  • Free cancellation is possible up to 3 days before arrival.
  • If cancellation occurs less than 3 days before arrival, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
  • In case of no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.



Non-Refundable Rate (if applicable)


  • For non-refundable bookings, the full amount is due immediately.
  • No refund will be granted in case of cancellation or modification.



Early Departure


  • No refund will be granted for unused nights in case of early departure.



Force Majeure


  • In exceptional cases (e.g., officially imposed travel restrictions), cancellations may be reviewed individually.



Refunds


  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
